How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● to engage in strategic planning and event organisation:- to develop and maintain the budget of the annual event plan- to organise turnkey internal events (corporate events, Company Day, etc.)- to organise the operational part of key strategic events (All Hands, PMDay, strategic trips, etc.)- to implement operationally new formats for teams with the involvement of external experts (hackathons, informal meetings, team networking, internal meetups)- to coordinate event logistics: selection of locations, technical support, scenarios, timings- to administer and manage the budget for events● to implement events as a tool for integrating corporate culture and strengthening team spirit● to use interactive technologies in events, support hybrid formats● to conduct analytics and evaluate the effectiveness of events● to interact with contractors, internal creative team and internal stakeholders

Challenges for three months:

● getting to know the team, processes and establishing relationships with contractors● organising the operational part of a strategic event for managers (online + offline format)● providing suggestions for integrating corporate culture into events, namely creating a framework: how each event strengthens values, team spirit and leadership● launching an internal event calendar, namely centralising all information about events in one place (convenient for teammates)● organising a summer event for company teammates with the support of the team

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in communication or event agencies, corporate sector, product IT companies, as an event manager of internal events● experience in developing and implementing strategic internal events that enhance corporate culture, team engagement and interaction● experience in organising events from 500 people on a turnkey basis● experience in working with budgets● ability to create balanced action plans for events● knowledge of modern practices in the field of event organisation● ability to collect and analyse feedback after events● high level of self-organisation and project management skills● communication skills, ability to work with contractors● creativity and high level of responsibility● Intermediate level of English will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
