How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● identifying, inventorying, and updating all IT assets of the company (licenses, software, hardware, subscriptions etc.)● analysing new and existing suppliers (internet, software, SaaS) according to the company’s needs● controlling and monitoring compliance of software usage with licensing agreements, standards and internal regulations● participating in modernization and automation of existing business processes for purchasing and asset accounting ● participating in information security risk assessment and undergoing external independent ISO 27001/22301 audits● preparing and providing reports on the state of software assets, including analysing the efficiency of their usage● participating in the budgeting process and planning expenses related to company assets

Challenges for six months:

● partial inventory of company assets● developing and defending the company’s asset accounting policy● inventory audit of the company’s asset accounting and accounting systems● developing and defending the optimal model of the company’s asset accounting and accounting systems

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● knowing Asset Sonar● experience with BAS ERP● experience with Jira Asset Management

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in asset management ● experience in building business processes and automating asset management ● experience in conducting audit and inventory audit of the company’s software assets● experience in working with accounting systems● confident knowledge and experience in managing licenses, including methodologies of Software Asset Management (SAM), ITIL, ITSM● experience in managing service expenses and knowledge of licensing rules of vendors such as AWS, Google, Azure, Microsoft, etc.● experience in working with Atlassian products

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
