How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● designing the architecture of business process automations, including hybrid solutions (Atlassian Cloud API + external services)● developing and maintaining Python apps and frameworks for corporate process automation● designing and implementing complex integrations between systems (Jira, Confluence, JSM, HiBob, GitLab, etc.) via REST API and webhooks● establishing coding standards for the team, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior/mid-level colleagues● optimizing CI/CD processes, configuring and maintaining infrastructure (GitLab runners, Linux servers, monitoring)● implementing monitoring and alerting for automations● working directly with the business to define technical vision and propose alternative solutions● creating production-ready Forge apps to extend Atlassian Cloud functionality

Challenges for three months:

● becoming fully familiar with the current architecture of automations, integrations, infrastructure, and the BPA team’s codebase● taking ownership of and delivering to production at least 2 automation/integration tasks of medium or high complexity● conducting architectural reviews of existing solutions, identifying bottlenecks or technical debt, proposing improvement plans● establishing or improving coding standards for the team, implementing at least one improvement in the CI/CD pipeline● starting to conduct code reviews for junior/mid-level colleagues, holding at least 1 knowledge-sharing session

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience with Atlassian Cloud REST API: developing complex integrations, working with OAuth 2.0, pagination, rate limiting, bulk operations via API● Linux administration: designing infrastructure, configuring monitoring, backups, hardening● Atlassian Forge: experience in creating production-ready Forge apps with Custom UI, managing permissions, and optimizing performance

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in automation solution design: ability to develop complex architectural solutions balancing technical excellence with business needs● experience with Python at the application architecture level: applying design patterns (OOP), creating reusable libraries and frameworks, refactoring legacy code● experience in API architecture design, implementing versioning, creating documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)● experience with CI/CD (GitLab): building and optimizing pipelines, configuring runners, implementing code quality and security checks● English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
