What our offer includes specifically for this role
How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● troubleshooting, incident investigation, and resolving user issues in Jira and Confluence● designing, configuring and optimising Jira projects according to the needs of the teams (Permission Scheme, Issue Type Scheme, Workflow, Screen Scheme)● implementation of Jira integrations with other corporate systems (Slack, Service Desk, CI/CD, HiBob)● automation of processes using basic (Automation Rules) and advanced methods (REST API, ScriptRunner, Power Scripts)● development and support of scripts for automating repetitive tasks● performance monitoring and optimisation of automations in Jira, Confluence, and HiBob● Confluence administration and support: creating multi-level page structures, configuring macros, integrating with Jira
Challenges for three months:
● get acquainted with the organisation of the main processes and approaches to the work of the team● perform operational tasks independently, including:
- communication with users and related teams
- analysis of requests and requirements
- setting expectations for implementation
- implementing changes or troubleshooting● master the team’s current approaches to working with tools (Jira, Confluence, HiBob, GitLab, Python, REST API) and demonstrate knowledge of their functionality● propose and implement at least one improvement to any process or tool
Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:
● practical experience with the Jira REST API to set up data exchange between systems
To achieve the results, you will need:
● 2+ years of experience● in-depth knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration● experience in analysing, configuring and optimising business processes based on Atlassian Jira● experience in workflow automation (Automation Rules, ScriptRunner, Power Scripts or analogues)● experience in integrating Jira with other corporate systems (Confluence, Slack, Service Desk, CI/CD, etc.)
How do you manage your working hours?
● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
