How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Incident resolution, troubleshooting, technical support of users in Jira and Confluence● Configuring, optimising, and maintaining Jira projects: setting up permission schemes, issue type schemes, workflows, screens, custom fields● Setting up automations with Jira Automation● Maintaining scripts (Python) that automate repetitive or complex operations: collecting logs, transferring information to developers● Implementing and maintaining Jira integrations with internal and external systems● Documenting configuration changes, automations, instructions for tech teams● Collaboration with support, development, analytics, and other teams to improve internal processes

Challenges for three months:

● Adaptation to the way the team works: familiarisation with the organisation of key processes, roles of participants and approaches to interaction● Master operational activities at the level of independent task performance, including:● Communicating with users and related teams● Analysing requests, gathering requirements and assessing the feasibility of solutions● Setting clear expectations for timelines and implementation capabilities● Master the basic tools used in the team and confidently apply them in your work:● Process and documentation support systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, HiBob, etc.)● Integration, automation and debugging tools● Initiate and implement at least one improvement within a process, tool or internal support practice

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● Experience with the Jira REST API to create integration or maintenance scripts (e.g. automatic task creation, data synchronisation)● Experience in integrating Jira with other systems (Confluence, Slack, Service Desk, CI/CD tools), including connecting webhooks, handling payloads, setting up OAuth/API keys

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience● Experience in setting up and maintaining processes in Atlassian Jira and Confluence (creating/updating projects, workflow diagrams, custom fields, screens, notifications, etc.)● Experience in identifying and resolving incidents related to Jira/Confluence (logging, analysis, troubleshooting, testing).● Experience with Automation Rules, or analogues for task automation● Understanding of the principles of working with Jira Service Management service projects, SLAs, queues, customer portals● Knowledge of English at Intermediate level
