How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● to set up push/viber/sms communications to customers using the service of sending mass messages, in accordance with the communication plan● to provide support for communication channels and daily monitoring of the functionality● to perform simple segmentation of the customer base and prepare lists for mailings● to provide support and interaction with the team on mailing list settings and basic technical issues● to provide technical support for the creation, configuration, and consolidation of promotional campaigns for riders and motivational offers for drivers

Challenges for three months:

● ability to work with all communication channels: Push, SMS, Viber, Email – understand their features, formats, and limitations● learn the full cycle of launching campaigns – from setting a goal to analysing the results and preparing a report● master the launch of communications for different audience segments

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 1 year of experience in the commercial sphere● initial knowledge of direct channels (push, viber, sms, email), their features, types of communication and systems through which mailings are made● Excel skills (import, export of the database; knowledge of basic formulas)● basic skills in sending mass messages and internal CRM system (previous experience will be an advantage)

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
