How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● working with contact databases of partner fleets, inviting new partner fleets to cooperate● restoring contacts with fleet clients who have previously worked with us● searching for new clients, scheduling meetings● identifying clients’ motives and needs, helping them solve their tasks● daily dialogues about business performance with partner fleets in Ukraine● writing briefs before and after client meetings● effectively interacting with other teams to find the best solutions for clients’ tasks● maintaining the customer relationship management system (CRM)● closing deals, achieving quarterly client acquisition and business performance targets● developing relationships with fleets, helping their businesses grow● analysing the local passenger transportation market, including tariffs, car classes, and service quality● participating in the optimisation and improvement of internal processes

Challenges for six months:

● familiarising yourself with the company’s product, processes, and standards● mastering all the tools used by the department● confidently navigating processes at every stage of your work● confidently and productively using all the tools utilised by the department● meeting deadlines for task completion● independently making decisions within your area of responsibility● gaining expert-level knowledge about key players and trends in the ride-hailing market● understanding and navigating the processes of related departments● getting acquainted with and establishing communication with the assigned pool of partner fleets

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 1 year of experience as a key account manager in the B2B sector● being able to understand cars: makes/models, having a basic understanding of vehicles, navigating car classes● a confident user of Excel or its equivalents● experience and skills in conducting negotiations● being ready to work with large volumes of information: being able to search the internal database● being able to interact with clients quickly and effectively using messengers

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
