How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● preparing, negotiating and providing legal support for advertising agreements, creating advertising materials, as well as agreements with bloggers/celebrities● reviewing advertising materials for compliance with legal requirements, identifying and minimising potential legal risks associated with advertising campaigns● providing legal opinions on the application of legislation on advertising, transfer and use of intellectual property, unfair, hidden and comparative advertising, as well as responsibility for its placement● developing and approving the rules of advertising campaigns, protocols/orders on determining the winners

Challenges for three months:

● familiarisation with the processes and rules of the legal department and the company as a whole● timely completion of tasks in compliance with quality standards● independent preparation of legal documents, including contracts and legal opinions● responsibility for the result of the tasks performed and achievement of the goals

To achieve the results, you will need:

● higher legal education● 3 years of experience as a lawyer (experience in the field of advertising will be an advantage)● thorough knowledge of civil and commercial law; knowledge of advertising and intellectual property law● experience in IT, large companies, marketing agencies will be an advantage● skills of cross-team interaction to solve tasks● intermediate level of English and above● constructive and proactive approach to solving work tasks, focus on achieving results● high level of responsibility and organisation

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
