How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

Inbound direction:● distributing incoming leads between Sales and BizDev managers according to segmentation rules● checking the quality of incoming leads before assigning them for processing● validating contact data and business relevance● ensuring data quality in CRM (NetHunt): filling in mandatory fields, ensuring status accuracy, indicating lead sources, eliminating duplicates● maintaining CRM hygiene of the inbound funnel● working with the existing contact database: reactivating, identifying potential, updating dataOutbound direction:● generating 500-700 valid leads monthly● conducting manual and automated research (Google Maps, directories, open sources)● building and segmenting databases of HoReCa, Food retail, and Non-food retail● performing initial lead qualification and validation calls● identifying local chains and building structured databases● uploading leads into CRM and distributing them among managers● analyzing and eliminating duplicates in Sales and BizDev funnels● participating in building automation of the lead generation process

Challenges for three months:

● fully integrating into the commercial team and mastering processes for working with inbound and outbound leads● reaching a stable volume of 400+ leads by the end of the third month of work● ensuring CRM hygiene standards: ≥90% accuracy of contact data, absence of duplicates, correct management of statuses and next steps● independently managing inbound and outbound lead flows without operational supervision from the manager● preparing and presenting proposals for optimizing or automating the lead generation process

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in Lead Generation / Lead Research / Sales Operations / CRM Data Management● having hands-on experience with CRM systems (NetHunt will be a plus)● conducting manual B2B research and building lead databases● validating contact data and ensuring database quality● understanding the logic of the B2B sales funnel and the role of a lead in sales● working with large datasets (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, SQL)● segmenting customer databases● performing initial lead qualification or validation calls● having a basic understanding of research automation or demonstrating readiness to quickly learn it
