How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● managing the development of learning products in the LMS● implementing leadership development programs● developing growth plans for departments and functions● working in cooperation with company managers on shaping learning goals and assessing effectiveness● leading full-cycle project work on learning products● managing budgets of learning projects● independently handling specialized and non-standard requests for learning and development● providing expert evaluation and review of projects and learning programs

Challenges for three months:

● implementing plans for introducing and filling the LMS in accordance with the project timeline● getting acquainted with and engaging in the work on the Competency Assessment process● independently fulfilling managers’ training requests within the framework of their PDP

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in an L&D position● advanced skills in working with and administering LMS● developing courses in Articulate 360● developing leadership training programs and implementing development requests from management ● business-oriented mindset ● confident skills in project management● knowing methodologies for developing training programs, including the specifics of adult learning● English - B2+ ● a high level of communication skills, ability to communicate with managers● skills in preparing and delivering presentations, facilitating meetings ● working experience in an IT company will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
