How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● independent management of the project of developing hard competence matrices in accordance with the company’s internal methodology● involvement in the process of forming and implementing the corporate competence model● development and implementation of initiatives aimed at developing a culture of learning and working with PDP (Personal Development Plan)● managing complex L&D projects and developing training products in the company working with formalisation and automation of internal processes, preparing and writing internal policies and procedures

Challenges for three months:

● get acquainted with the current goals and processes of the team● develop and implement professional competency matrices for 60% of roles in the company● timely delivery of L&D projects in accordance with the agreed targets and timeline for achieving the target of teammates’ involvement in PDP work based on the results of the Mid-Year Review

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 4 years of experience as an L&D specialist● deep understanding of Adult Learning principles● deep knowledge of best practices in the field of L&D, ability to work with benchmarks● experience with competency matrices● developed advanced skills in project management (planning, coordination, control of project implementation)● experience in effective stakeholder engagement and expectations management● high level of communication skills (written and oral communication) English - B2+
