How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● organising and conducting group training events online and offline (taking a request, looking for providers and trainers, looking for premises, organising space, catering, meeting and coordinating groups on site, etc.)● building a knowledge base in the company● organising participation of teammates in external events ● participating in various L&D projects of the company● managing onboarding training ● maintaining a media plan for internal training channels, including creating content for the Education Slack Channel

Challenges for three months:

● demonstrate independence in organising and conducting full-cycle online and offline trainings● create a content plan for the internal channel● start building onboarding in the LMS – create a plan, scenarios for onboarding trainings, etc.

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in L&D● experience in event management, organisation of offline events – must have● experience in working with content - creating a content plan, ability to form communications in accordance with the tone of voice, knowledge of the rules of business correspondence, etc.● project management skills – the ability to organise and structure your work, fully manage the company’s L&D projects● developed oral and written skills

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
