How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● develop and implement marketing strategies for the growth of Uklon Delivery in all target segments (B2B/B2C)● conduct annual and quarterly planning of marketing activities, analyse the competitive environment and adapt strategies● plan and implement marketing projects in accordance with the approved plan● manage marketing budgets and be responsible for performance (ROMI, CPL, LTV, etc.)● work with internal and external contractors ● interact cross-teams (Product, Sales, Operations) to align marketing strategy with business goals● analyse the effectiveness of implemented projects and provide regular reporting on marketing metrics● optimise and develop the product through a deep understanding of the needs of the target audience and the adaptation of unique selling propositions (USP)● develop Brand Awareness and the image of Uklon Delivery in the market through various communication channels together with internal teams

Challenges for three months:

● learn about the company’s processes and standards● learn about the product and target audiences ● audit and analyse the effectiveness of current marketing activities● develop and present strategies

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years in marketing, in positions that included the development of a marketing strategy for B2B, experience in management positions will be an advantage● practice in developing and implementing long-term marketing strategies● deep expertise in marketing: understanding of tools for analysing and engaging the target audience, analytics, strategies, performance marketing● successful cases of rapid business scaling and/or launch of new products on the Ukrainian B2B market● experience in launching SaaS solutions is a must● experience in fast-growing companies or startups will be an advantage● strong analytical skills, ability to make data-driven decisions● experience in forming and managing teams (selection, development, motivation of specialists) will be an advantage● understanding of unit economics and ability to manage the profitability of marketing campaigns● experience in effective management of marketing budgets● ability to work both at the strategic level and independently implement key marketing activities● systematic thinking, high level of self-organisation and autonomy● skills in working with contractors and managing external teams● communication skills, leadership qualities, ability to work with cross-functional teams

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
