How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● maintaining and controlling the full document flow of the Brand and Loyalty department● preparing, approving and maintaining contracts, supplementary agreements, invoices and certificates in cooperation with Procurement, Finance and Legal.● communication with external contractors in accordance with the document flow in order to complete contracts and payments in a timely manner ● participation in the placement of external advertising as part of the launch of marketing campaigns● maintaining inventory in the warehouse● ordering and sending advertising and souvenir materials ● execution of official orders of the direct manager, head of the department

Challenges for three months:

● successful onboarding and acquaintance with the main stakeholders● clear document management and payments according to requests● analyse the workflow process and provide possible recommendations for improvement● efficiently fulfilled requests for ordering or sending materials● quality management of inventory in the warehouse

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 6 months of experience in an administrative or operational position (finance, accounting, administrative support or related areas)● strong skills in Microsoft Office applications● ability to maintain document flow and work with contracts, invoices and certificates● communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external contractors● attention to detail, discipline and ability to work with deadlines● English – A2+
