How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing technical solutions, being responsible for their implementation to launch experiments● proposing and implementing technical solutions for growth initiatives● creating new functionality that impacts key product metrics● closely collaborating with a data analyst to build event logic and interpret experiment results● analyzing production incidents, identifying their causes, and resolving them● participating in goal discussions, task planning, and team retrospectives

Challenges for three months:

● getting familiar with the project structure and mastering its business logic● developing new functionality within the expected timelines● ensuring high-quality implementation of tasks, experiments without negative impact on the core functionality

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience working with RxJava● experience with Feature flagging/experiments

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in Android development● confidently understanding and applying OOP and SOLID principles, as well as Clean Architecture● at least 2 years of experience in using Jetpack Compose● experience in working with Coroutines● confidently understanding and applying MVVM/MVI patterns● experience in working with WebSockets● experience in writing and maintaining unit tests● English proficiency at the Intermediate level

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
