How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing new functionality and maintaining existing features● analysing root causes and finding solutions for production incidents● participating in team code reviews● directly influencing team metrics● participating in the discussion and decomposition of current and future business solutions● influencing and contributing to technical innovations● being willing to share expertise

Challenges for three months:

● mastering approaches to designing and writing code within the Company● mastering the basic business logic of the product● successful delivery of the first tasks● participating in team code reviews

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in Android development● confidently understanding and applying OOP and SOLID principles, as well as Clean Architecture● at least 2 years of experience in using Jetpack Compose● experience in working with Coroutines● confidently understanding and applying MVVM/MVI patterns● experience in working with WebSockets● experience in writing and maintaining unit tests● English proficiency at the Intermediate level

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
