How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for implementing a new ERP system (formalizing them as functional requirements, User Story with clear acceptance criteria, etc.)● describing and modelling company business processes: recording the current state (AS IS) and designing the target state of processes (TO BE), taking into account ERP implementation ● optimizing and automating processes based on the gathered requirements, focusing on increasing business value (reducing costs, improving efficiency, increasing profit, etc.)● participating in developing test scenarios and cases for verifying the implemented ERP functionality; participating in testing the implemented solutions (UAT) for compliance with business requirements● developing and implementing business metrics for assessing process efficiency and tracking the results of implemented changes● managing business process changes: coordinating change implementation, minimizing resistance, ensuring smooth transformation for users● developing and updating process and functionality documentation (user guides, manuals, etc.) and keeping it up to date with changes● building and presenting dashboards and reports for management with a focus on the business value of implemented changes (tracking KPIs, demonstrating achieved effect)● participating in supporting and further developing the ERP system after the core functionality implementation: adding new functionality, integrating ERP with other internal systems, further optimizing processes

Challenges for three months:

● adapting to the Company, team, and processes● participating in analysis of requirements and ERP selection: familiarizing yourself in detail with the existing functional requirements for the future ERP system and the relevant business processes; clarifying and updating these requirements if needed● participating in implementation plan: agreeing the implementation plan for the required ERP functionality with the PM and customers for the near term (roadmap for the project initial stages)● participating in ERP decision evaluation: actively taking part in testing ERP systems from the final shortlist of vendors and preparing recommendations for the final selection of the solution

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in ERP system implementation will be a strong advantage● experience in working in product IT companies

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in business analysis and business process management● experience in working with process efficiency metrics focused on business value (cost optimization, profit growth, functionality expansion)● strong understanding of corporate IT systems and their integrations● experience in integrating different systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)● experience in using Agile methodologies and flexible development frameworks● experience in developing and describing Business Cases to justify decisions● experience in describing use cases and user stories: actors, interaction scenarios, alternative ways, restrictions● experience in creating and maintaining test cases and defining acceptance criteria● the ability to develop comprehensive technical specifications (TS) based on business requirements, including ERP integrations with other systems● knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, UML) and practical experience in applying them● using business analysis best practices: BABOK, MoSCoW prioritization, Traceability Matrix, Impact Mapping, Value Stream Mapping● English – B1 (Intermediate) level or higher (for working with documentation and possible communication with system vendors)
