How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● searching for patterns and explaining events with the help of data● developing reports and dashboards for business users● processing of ad-hoc requests● testing hypotheses within the department and from business users● drawing conclusions on product performance and optimisation● setting up alerts for threshold indicators● monitoring and operational work with reports

Challenges for six months:

● Onboarding and integration into the team● Getting familiar with all available data sources● Understanding workflows for solving typical analytical tasks● Building reports and dashboards from the planned backlog● Delivering specific tasks according to the roadmap● Ensuring high-quality and reliable outputs

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● Basic Python skills● Hands-on experience with A/B testing

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience building and maintaining analytical dashboards and reports● End-to-end ownership of analytical tasks (from request to insights)● Strong understanding of core product and conversion metrics (retention, acquisition, LTV, etc.)● Experience optimizing and automating repetitive processes● Ability to define technical requirements for new data structures needed for analysis● Advanced SQL skills (window functions, aggregations, complex queries)● Advanced proficiency in at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, QlikView, Power BI)
