How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● designing learning programs, developing and implementing e-learning content with gamification: courses, video lessons, interactive exercises, case studies, quizzes, etc.● administering the LMS platform: configuration, updates, user management, activity monitoring● launching the e-learning direction for the Customer Experience department from scratch together with the manager: establishing processes, structure, and content creation standards, selecting tools, and rolling out training programs and courses● implementing gamification in the LMS: creating interactive tasks and mechanics that increase teammate engagement● analyzing departmental learning needs and defining training objectives● Collaborating with internal trainers and experts to gather content and transform it into required online formats (SCORM, video, interactive modules, microlearning)● analyzing learning outcomes: collecting feedback and statistics (completion, success rates, impact on KPIs), preparing reports, and improving programs based on insights

Challenges for three months:

● familiarizing yourself with the current goals and processes of the department teams● creating an e-learning framework (processes, standards, templates) for enabling a systematic approach to online learning● developing a learning trajectory for department teammates, including sequencing courses, modules, and formats according to team needs● launching and converting basic courses, prepared in collaboration with the trainer, into e-learning format● configuring LMS reporting and preparing a dashboard with key learning metrics

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 1.5 years of experience working as an Instructional Designer or E-learning Specialist● working with LMS platforms (preferably Collaborator)● creating e-learning content with gamification elements: online courses, interactive modules, quizzes, cases, and simulators● using authoring tools (preferably Articulate 360)● utilizing Google Workspace and Atlassian applications● communicating fluently in Ukrainian, with English at least at an Intermediate level● understanding adult learning principles, instructional design, and systematic models for evaluating learning effectiveness (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, or similar)● designing learning paths and incorporating gamification elements in educational programs● applying AI tools to create and optimize learning content, analyze outcomes, and personalize teammates’ learning experiences
