How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● provide ongoing support and processing of requests (help-desk)
conduct training of key users● search for and offer optimal solutions to users’ problems in accounting systems● participate in the launch of the system, initial support of key users● help to collect and analyse the customer’s business processes for readiness for implementation● help define possible goals of the automation project● participate in the development of the documents “Report on system requirements”, “Terms of reference”● clarify tasks for programmers, interact with the system architect, project manager

Challenges for three months:

● familiarisation with the ERP environment (BAS, MS BC) within the company● end-user support (help-desk)● participation in writing technical specifications for customisation of regulated accounting to meet the needs/changes in legislation● user training, solving user problems with accounting system tools

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● availability of the PROF Certificate for any 1C/BAS configuration

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in working with accounting systems (BAS ERP, 1C, MS Business Central 365 and others)● strong knowledge in at least one or more subject areas: bookkeeping, financial accounting, personnel accounting and payroll, compensation, VAT accounting, IFRS accounting, accounting for PPE and intangible assets● experience in supporting users in working with accounting systems● university degree (preferably in business economics, accounting, etc.)● experience of participation in automation projects, as a task manager/analyst (will be an advantage)● knowledge of English at the Intermediate level
