How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● taking part in building a new product from scratch● analyzing root causes and searching for solutions to production incidents● optimizing the performance of existing systems based on analytical data● participating in team code reviews● directly influencing team metrics● taking part in discussions and decomposition of current and future business solutions● influencing and engaging in technical innovations● being willing to share your expertise

Challenges for three months:

● adapting to the team● getting familiar with the business domain● following the agreed code standards and project style, while providing suggestions for code improvements● actively participating in workshops and in the elaboration of business solutions● demonstrating consistent independence, ownership of your tasks, effective communication with the backend/mobile teams

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in implementing and validating accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)● experience in developing for Responsive Design – adaptive and cross-browser layout

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience working as a FrontEnd Engineer● strong knowledge of Angular 16+ (SSR)● experience implementing SEO optimization principles for SSR apps (Angular Universal), configuring structured data, microdata, and optimizing Google indexing● solid knowledge of TypeScript (JavaScript), HTML5, CSS3, ES6● experience in working with NodeJs (NestJs or similar frameworks)● experience in covering functionality with tests (unit/component)● experience in monitoring performance and analyzing Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS, INP) using Lighthouse, WebPageTest, Google Search Console or similar tools
