How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● coordinating internal communications for the Call Centre and expansion countries (currently Uzbekistan)● adapting corporate messages and campaigns to local contexts● ensuring two-way communication between HQ and local teams● collaborating with local HRG to align messages and maintain the Company’s tone of voice

Challenges for three** months:

● establishing an internal communications system in the expansion country:- conducting an audit of internal channels- systematising the content plan- launching 1-2 internal campaigns adapted for local offices● auditing internal communications in the Call Centre● supporting the test launch of the recognition programme

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in internal communications● advanced level of English● excellent command of Ukrainian● strong communication skills● creativity and unconventional thinking● self-discipline and responsibility● experience in HR will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
