How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing new functionality and maintaining the existing one● analysing business requirements and asking questions to implement the technical solution● participating in development planning● closely collaborating with the team, acquiring domain knowledge from colleagues● making suggestions for technical improvements to the system● participating in team code reviews● covering functionality with tests (unit, integration, component)

Challenges for three months:

● getting familiar with the Company’s processes and approaches● extending API of existing systems● investigating bugs and writing tests● learning the business logic of existing services and approaches● learning the Company’s approaches to designing and writing code● speed and accuracy in completing assigned tasks

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in developing services on the .NET platform● knowledge of C#, up to .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, EF Core● experience in developing microservices (event-driven design)● solid understanding and application of OOP/OOD principles● understanding of RESTful principles● covering functionality with unit tests● experience in working with DDD principles● experience with Kafka or other message brokers● experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Redis, AWS, PostgreSQL

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
