How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● working with a complex B2B/SaaS product● developing an end-to-end design process for improving existing flows and building new ones● working in a cross-functional team with close interaction with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and developers● conducting workshops● conducting qualitative and quantitative research

Challenges for three months:

● adapting to the team and the Company● onboarding and getting familiar with the domain and users● conducting customer development user research studies for current projects● design for 1 - 2 initiatives

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience with B2B/SaaS/CRM products● experience in creating complex web systems for developed companies or customer service products● a portfolio demonstrating strong UI skills for building complex systems is a must● a team player with experience in working in cross-functional teams and with multiple stakeholders● a data-driven approach and experience in working with analytics and research for decision-making● systemic thinking and design approaches● excellent communication, argumentation, and storytelling skills

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
