How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Improving existing and creating new functionality for the Driver app● Cross-team interaction● Creating solutions based on data-driven approaches● Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing obtained results and feedback● Initiating and moderating workshops● Creating prototypes and conducting usability testing● Working with the design system (creating and updating components)

Challenges for three months:

● Onboarding to the Driver app product● Independently creating and testing design solutions● Onboarding to the design system● Forming hypotheses for product improvements based on analytical data● Working with experiment results● Adapting within the team and company

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● Experience in working with accessibility and constraints: small screens, difficult conditions (in motion, in rain, at night)

To achieve the results, you will need:

● A driver’s license and the ability to actively drive a car● Experience in building or supporting design systems (tokens, components, guidelines)● 2+ years of commercial design experience● 1+ year of experience with a mobile app● Empathy for users and desire to make their experience convenient
What is important:At Uklon, user experience isn’t just an abstract metric. We want to experience the product the same way our users do. To better understand customer needs and challenges, our team occasionally completes orders in person - as drivers.
Therefore, a must-have is:● a valid category B driver’s license● access to a car and willingness to complete rides both with Uklon and competitors - to test your solutions in real-life scenarios● Experience designing interfaces based on accessibility principles and that remain user-friendly in challenging or non-ideal conditions - such as small screens, on-the-go usage, low lighting, or rain.

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
