How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● work on improving existing products and developing new ones in the Payments team● development of end-to-end design processes to improve existing flows and build new ones● work in a cross-functional team with close interaction with Product Owner, Business Analysts and active collaboration with designers and UX Researcher● conducting workshops● conducting qualitative and quantitative research

Challenges for three months:

● adaptation in the team and company● onboarding and getting to know the domain and users● conducting quantitative and qualitative user research for ongoing projects● design for 2+ initiatives

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in product design (not required, but great if you have experience with fintech products or payments flow)● 1+ year of experience with mobile applications● a portfolio that reflects high UI skills for creating complex systems is a must● team player with experience in cross-functional teams● a data-driven approach and experience with analytics and research to drive decision making● systems thinking and design approaches● excellent communication, argumentation and storytelling skills● English at B1 (Intermediate) level or higher

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
