How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● participating in development planning● developing new functionality and supporting the existing one● analysing business requirements and asking questions to implement a technical solution● interacting closely with the team, gaining knowledge of the subject area from colleagues● making suggestions for technical improvements to the system● participating in team code reviews● covering the functionality with tests (unit, integration, component)● being responsible for the quality of the product
Challenges for three months:
● introduction to the processes and approaches in the company’s work● delving into the domain area of the product● introduction to the architecture● bug investigation● mastering existing and writing new business logic with test coverage● mastering approaches to designing and writing code within the company● qualitative fulfilment of tasks
To achieve the results, you will need:
● at least 2.5 years of development experience in C#, on the .NET platform● confident understanding and use of OOP and SOLID principles● relational databases, SQL, PostgreSQL● HTTP, ASP.NET Core, REST● experience with microservice architecture● experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ or Amazon SQS● coverage of functionality with tests● experience in a product company will be an advantage
How do you manage your working hours?
● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
