How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● leading product development by implementing engineering practices to improve the development process● building and managing the technical backlog of the team● maintaining and improving development processes and code reviews● creating and maintaining technical documentation● assessing the scope of work● regular analysis, maintenance and improvement of performance and stability of existing services● critical analysis of business requirements● mentoring the team, namely: participation in performance reviews, helping to set quarterly goals for team members, onboarding new team members, helping to draw up development plans● participating in the hiring process (reviewing CVs, interviewing)

Challenges for three months:

● mastering the business logic of existing services and approaches● mastering approaches to designing and writing code within the company

Challenges for six months:

● searching for bottlenecks and ways to optimise them● developing a plan to improve the product's compliance with non-functional requirements● developing new functionality by the team on time● accelerating the development of new functionality● optimising the operation of existing systems● expanding the functionality of existing systems● actively participating in the decomposition of technical and business initiatives

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of leadership experience● at least 5 years of development experience on the .NET platform● excellent knowledge of C#, up to .NET 4-8● experience with microservice and event-driven architecture● experience of working in a product team● experience with ASP.NET Core● experience with relational databases (Postgres)● coverage of functionality with tests (unit, component, e2e, etc.)● experience with Kafka● confident understanding and use of OOP/OOD principles● understanding of RESTful principles● understanding of Clean Code/Architecture● use of Docker● experience in managing a team of 3 or more .NET developers● experience in mentoring
