What our offer includes specifically for this role
How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● ensuring the office’s operational functioning ● managing and processing contracts and invoices: lease agreements, supplier contracts, and other documents within the scope of responsibilities● coordinating logistics and shipments● working with merchandise and purchases: inventory management, issuance, accounting● organizing business trips● providing assistant support to management: scheduling and organizing meetings, executing work assignments and tasks
Challenges for three months:
● familiarizing with processes according to the area of responsibility● taking full responsibility for all tasks and performing them independently● building effective communication with all stakeholders
Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:
● at least 1 year of experience as an assistant
To achieve the results, you will need:
● at least 2+ years of experience in organizing office operations (office management and leasing)● experience with contracts, invoices, work completion certificates, and other documents within the scope of responsibilities● experience with organizing business trips● intermediate+ level of English proficiency
How do you manage your working hours?
● Standard working hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in an office format● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
