How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● searching for and exploring opportunities for joint activities and long-term, mutually beneficial programmes with partners● active work with the Driver loyalty programme: content and continuous improvement● analytics and tracking of loyalty programme performance metrics● establishing and maintaining partnerships with other companies for the purpose of marketing cooperation● processing incoming offers of cooperation and providing responses● management of co-brand projects at all stages, work with contractors, analysis of their effectiveness ● planning and implementation of promotional activities, events, and drawings to stimulate the company’s key business indicators

Challenges for three months:

● successful onboarding with a detailed understanding of all processes and structure of the company/teams● expanding the offer of partner offers in the driver loyalty programme, evaluating the effectiveness of each offer● improvement of reporting on the driver loyalty programme● evaluation of all launched partnership projects for budgetary efficiency and effectiveness for the company

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience as a Partnership Specialist, Business Development Specialist, etc.● ability to negotiate and build win-win partner relationships● experience with loyalty programmes will be an advantage ● analytical skills, data driven mindset ● presentation skills ● proactivity and initiative● ability to respond quickly to changes and find effective solutions ● ability to effectively manage many projects simultaneously ● experience in finding and implementing growth points

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
