How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● maintain a portfolio of strategic partnerships in the rider and driver areas with the company’s key partner brands● proactively formulate and present offers to partners: collaborations, joint campaigns, bundle offers, joint products and technical integrations● plan and agree on budgets, commercial terms and conditions, legal aspects, KPIs; ensure launch and compliance with timelines● coordinate the full implementation cycle together with Product, CRM, Brand, Legal, Finance and Procurement from discovery to post-analysis● launch turnkey campaigns: preparation of briefs, production of materials, control of compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements, quality control● measure effectiveness and prepare regular reports: reach, conversions, activations, impact on orders or trips, as well as payback rates; generate recommendations for optimisation● hold regular review meetings with partners, keep in touch

Challenges for three months:

● successful onboarding with a detailed understanding of all processes and structure of the company/teams● launching one project with a strategic partner● regular reporting and evaluation of all launched partnership projects in terms of budget efficiency and effectiveness for the company● participation in the development of a plan of partner co-promotional activities for the rider by the end of the year and its implementation

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, co-marketing or business development with tier-1 brands, including the full cycle from idea to launch and post-analysis● strong negotiation skills and ability to negotiate commercial terms and conditions from brief and proposal to contract to budget optimisation● developed project management ability to simultaneously lead several initiatives, plan timelines, manage risks and stakeholder expectations● sufficient analytical competence, confident work with Google Sheets, preparation of weekly and monthly reports with KPIs, plan-facts and conclusions● understanding of the basic aspects of technical API integrations, tracking settings, security and compliance requirements; ability to formulate requirements for product and CRM teams● experience of cross-functional interaction with product, CRM, brand, legal, finance and procurement
