How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● consulting managers on team management, people development, motivation, and employee retention● supporting managers in resolving complex team situations (conflicts, declining engagement, turnover risks)● managing the full teammate lifecycle: onboarding, probation, team changes, Performance Review, relocation, mobilization; initiating and implementing employee experience programs● initiating process improvements and implementing best practices; designing, optimizing, updating, and automating HR processes● analyzing eNPS, 1:1s, and other surveys; monitoring the creation and execution of manager initiatives, assisting in timely identification and mitigation of blockers● working with teams/teammates during changes, identifying risks of new implementations● timely identifying and escalating risks to retain teammates● facilitating difficult conversations; developing tools for constructive resolution and providing recommendations to managers on handling such cases● mentoring leaders on team dynamics● integrating corporate culture into daily team operations; supporting healthy team interactions and promoting a feedback culture● facilitating BP and L&D tools with managers/teams; developing proposals for soft skills development● designing and implementing psychological support projects, supporting veterans, and contributing to inclusion & diversity programs

Challenges for three months:

● familiarizing with the company structure, teams, and key processes● getting acquainted with the HR system and other tools for work● meeting managers and teams within the area of responsibility and establishing effective collaboration● understanding key challenges and risks in teams and conducting an initial analysis of team status (turnover, eNPS, cases, workload)● supporting managers in resolving key people-related issues (fully taking ownership of responsibilities in the assigned area)● proposing ideas for addressing problems and supporting teams● developing a plan for further work with teams for the upcoming quarters

To achieve the results, you will need:

 at least 4 years of experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner in IT companies (experience in contact-center environments is a plus)● supporting HR for teams of 100+ employees● deeply understanding key HR processes (onboarding, development, retention, performance management, offboarding)● applying approaches and conducting 1-on-1s, identifying motivation, engagement, and retention of teammates● resolving conflicts and supporting healthy team dynamics● supporting leaders in people-related decisions and managing team risks● working with eNPS, turnover, and engagement metrics● demonstrating strong communication skills and facilitating difficult conversations and conflicts● partnering with L&D and operations teams in developing onboarding and training programs● consulting managers on HR issues and people management● identifying early signs of burnout, declining engagement, and turnover risks● advising managers on organizational changes, team structures, roles, and skills development● understanding HR metrics● supporting organizational and team changes● English — B2
