How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● plan, launch, optimise and support advertising campaigns in digital channels● develop a PPC reporting system (with the involvement of the Data & BI team)● test new types of campaigns, tools, strategies within PPC● search for and connect new channels● control contracts and bill payments in advertising systems

Challenges for three months:

● become familiar with advertising accounts and the structure of campaigns in advertising systems● learn the process of launching and maintaining advertising campaigns in digital channels● learn the process of balance control and invoice payment● analyse and develop basic reports on the main areas● propose and carry out a series of A/B tests in advertising systems to improve business performance

To achieve the results, you will need:

● Google Ads, Meta Ads – expert level, 3 years of experience● experience in planning, independent launch of PPC in accounts, and optimisation of various types of campaigns● Google Analytics 4 – expert level● Firebase/Appsflyer – above average● Google Looker Studio – above average● Google Tag Manager – above average● ASA, TikTok – experience will be an advantage● general marketing expertise: funnel, conversion between stages, methods of influence and dependencies; price and value, value proposition, supply/demand● understanding of the principles of optimisation of advertising campaigns in Digital, methods of influence on metrics● understanding of attribution (by time, by channels/campaigns), knowledge of approaches● understanding of the principles of A/B testing and experience in its application (test design, calculation of results)● MS Excel / Google sheets – high level● experience in forecasting and budgeting of indicators● understanding of the technical process of tracking advertising campaigns● skills in presenting results● ability to set tasks for technical specialists

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
