How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● communication support of the flagship Inclusive project and work with existing partners and stakeholders● coordination of the company’s participation in charity and social events, forums, conferences, festivals● preparation and implementation of own events within the project● cooperation with donors, charities, NGOs and other stakeholders● monitoring the fulfilment of obligations by partners and maintaining effective interaction● writing press releases, articles, case studies and other materials for the media● organising information support for the project: working with social media, preparing content, newsletters● monitoring the effectiveness of PR campaigns and projects (number of mentions, coverage, engagement)● preparation of analytical reports for internal and external purposes

Challenges for three months:

● learn and understand the company’s CSR policies, key initiatives and reputational goals● get acquainted with the Inclusive class in detail, understand the strategic plan of the company’s CSR initiatives for the current year● establish effective communication with existing partners of the Inclusive class (regular statuses, planning, cross-functional interaction to meet needs)● demonstrate effective involvement and fulfilment of tasks in the implementation of specific communication initiatives or projects

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience as a PR specialist/corporate communications specialist● experience in implementing communication CSR projects and corporate charity initiatives● experience of cooperation with partners, charitable organisations or foundations● understanding of the specifics of social project communications and solving social challenges● ability to build effective communication with donor partners, including at the level of reporting and negotiations● content creation skills: texts, photos, videos, SMM● strong communication skills (oral and written)● experience in project management: planning, budgeting, implementation, performance analysis and reporting● existing contacts with media representatives, opinion leaders and charitable organisations working in the areas of inclusiveness and barrier-free access will be an advantage● developed soft skills: responsibility, autonomy, proactiveness and adaptability

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
