How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● being responsible for supporting and managing the ongoing procurement plan (Marketing, HR, IT, delivery services, etc.), both in Ukraine and abroad● managing a team of two specialists● getting involved in complex, high-value procurements● handling procurement optimization and planning processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders● conducting tenders on online platforms

Challenges for three months:

● performing detailed analysis of the current procurement process and department operations● identifying weaknesses and opportunities for process optimization● establishing collaboration with other departments and actively engage in procurement planning for IT, marketing, and HR departments

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3-5 years of experience in a Procurement role● experience in team management is a plus● experience working with international contractors operating in Ukraine● knowledge of the IT and marketing procurement markets is an advantage● understanding of procurement categories and team structuring based on these principles● strategic thinking and negotiation experience with suppliers● ability to manage and lead multiple procurement projects simultaneously● intermediate or higher level of English is a plus● strong analytical skills● high adaptability to change and internal processes

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
