How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● work with the full procurement cycle: from receiving an application to completing a transaction● analyse the supplier market for the relevant category● work with the payment calendar● participate in the preparation of technical specifications● build effective cooperation with stakeholders

Challenges for three months:

● successful mastery of internal systems● mastery of processes and policies● mastery of the entrusted categories● establishing communication with the team and internal customers

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in procurement in multi-category procurement (international companies, large holdings)● understanding of the essence of the procurement function● basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Google Sheets● experience with SRM, CRM● experience in the full procurement cycle (request - comparison - tender - contract - delivery - act - payment).● experience of interaction with internal customers and external suppliers● participation in contractual negotiations, approvals with lawyers/finance/contractors

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
