How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● forming a vision of UI/UX development of key products based on the company’s goals and monitoring its implementation● managing the design team and ensuring its development● ensuring the implementation and relevance of design systems for key products ● implementing best practices in the work of the design department● analysing design trends in the market (direct and indirect competitors)

Challenges for six months:

● onboarding for products and processes● audit of processes in the design team● understanding of the main product metrics and their impact on key business indicators● independent management of the design team● development and defence of UI/UX strategy for key products● optimisation of design team processes

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● work experience on B2C products with high traffic● work experience in ride-hailing or related areas

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience as a design lead, head of design or similar leadership role● 5+ years of commercial experience in product design of mobile applications● an example of working on strategy and interface in a large-scale product or product line● high level of interface design and attention to detail● skills in working with quantitative data, analytics, and A/B tests to improve product design● experience in implementing design systems: from creation in Figma to implementation together with engineers● deep understanding of mobile patterns, platform guidelines, available technologies● experience in building processes in a design team, managing and measuring efficiency

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
