How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● improving existing and developing new functionality for the Driver app● interaction with the team to ensure that the product meets business requirements and user needs.● conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analysing the results and feedback to ensure an insight into user needs and product requirements.● conducting workshops● prototyping and usability testing● working with design systems● regular sync with other designers

Challenges for three months:

● familiarization with the products and processes within the Company● independently performing design tasks● formulating hypotheses for product improvements based on analytical data● adaptation in the team and collective

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of commercial experience in design● 1+ year of experience in mobile app development● experience with Figma● understanding and experience with Material/HIG guidelines● experience of working in a cross-functional team● experience in Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban)

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
