How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● participating in the development and execution of product growth strategies to achieve the set KPIs ● formulating value propositions for assigned products based on user needs● analysing the competitive landscape and suggest product adjustments for Uklon to meet competitive challenges● analysing key performance indicators of product development and offer recommendations for improvement● planning and implementing projects in line with the approved marketing plan● managing marketing budgets for products within your area of responsibility● initiating cross-team collaboration and take a leadership role in promoting projects● analysing the effectiveness of completed projects and prepare regular reports

Challenges for three months:

● adapting quickly within the team and company environment● developing strategy and a growth plan for specific product categories● generating regular reports and analyse competitors● driving growth and/or minimize issues within a particular category

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing/Brand Marketing (Category Manager) roles within companies with large-scale projects/brands/campaigns● 5+ years of professional experience● proven ability to effectively develop products/brands● deep understanding of marketing, metrics, and business case development● ability to work with analytics● high level of responsibility and attention to detail● experience successfully managing product and marketing project launches● upper-Intermediate level of English is a plus

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
