How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● forming and refining hypotheses based on data and research● coordinating and prioritizing the product backlog● elaborating initiatives: developing requirements for new solutions in the products managed by the responsible team (Driver App)● decomposing backlog tasks and initiatives for the team based on business strategy and quarterly plans● analysing markets and competitor solutions● establishing processes for working with key product metrics● conducting backlog grooming with the team and preparing documentation

Challenges for six months:

● familiarizing with the current product plan, metrics, and issues of the team’s products (Driver context)● establishing effective collaboration with the team and stakeholders● decomposing backlog tasks and initiatives for the team based on business strategy and quarterly plan● elaborating initiatives from the current backlog● analysing hypotheses to achieve business goals● independently refining the backlog for the next quarter (with prior approval from all stakeholders) and presenting it to the team● participating in shaping the strategy for key directions● aligning goals and outcomes for the team

To achieve the results, you will need:

● experience in product management (at least 1 year)● experience in working with a mobile/web application - must have● skills in researching and analysing user needs● skills in market and competitor analysis● experience in working with metrics and making data-driven decisions to achieve business goals● strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements● ability to define and articulate product vision and strategy for the team

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
