regular performance & salary review

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● work with the discovery team and development team on a daily basis● create and prioritise backlog● work with analytics● generate hypotheses● analyse the market and competitors● create initiatives, decompose them into tasks, describe requirements and group them with the team● work with stakeholders and operational departments● work closely with the marketing department● communicate strategic goals and objectives to the team

Challenges for six months:

● get onboarded with the product – understand its tasks and goals, get acquainted with the strategy and key functionality● dive into product metrics● study the user – its needs and challenges● analyse the functionality of the main competitors● identify key product growth points● create a backlog of initiatives for the quarter with reference to the strategy● create a backlog of quick improvements● implement 2-3 initiatives from idea to production

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 1 year of experience with web or mobile products● car and category B driving licence and willingness to test the product● understanding and experience with product metrics and frameworks● experience in working with analytical data and generating hypotheses based on them● ability to form and prioritise product backlog using prioritisation frameworks● ability to work with the user (conducting custdev and user testing)● ability to analyse competitors and look for benchmarks● experience in writing User Story and acceptance criteria● understanding of team roles● understanding of marketing communications

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
