How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● effective management of a team of recruiters and researchers (4 teammates): setting and monitoring goal execution, prioritization, capacity planning, and ensuring a productive workload● ensuring timely and high-quality hiring through independent closure of non-tech vacancies and overall team performance● People management: 1:1 meetings, conducting performance reviews, creating PDPs, mentoring and developing teammates, supporting professional growth● ensuring operational efficiency in recruitment through analysis of performance metrics, adherence to rules, processes, and SLAs● resolving complex cases in recruitment processes, escalating risks, and removing blockers● building effective cooperation and partnership-based interaction with hiring managers● advising hiring managers on modern hiring practices and effective communication with candidates● researching market standards and best practices, developing and implementing new tools for sourcing and recruitment● researching and analyzing the labor market, monitoring trends, and adapting to changes● participation in employer brand development

Challenges for six months:

● Get acquainted with and master the business processes of the recruitment unit and the company● As a leader, lay the foundation for effective relationships with the team● Ensure timely and high-quality closure of non-tech vacancies● Build partnership-driven and trusting relationships with colleagues during ongoing cross-functional collaboration● Build partnership relationships with hiring managers● Conduct an audit of current recruitment processes within the Operations Direction● Present the findings of the recruitment process audit in the Operations Direction to the Head of Recruitment● Defend the developed roadmap for implementing initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of the assigned team, including forming a vision for team development and key KPIs

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● Experience in a product company or a fast-paced environment● Understanding of the specifics of recruitment in operational areas (support, logistics, CX, etc.)

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 7+ years of experience in recruiting non-tech specialists, including 2+ years in a recruitment lead role● Experience managing teams of 3+ people● Strong managerial skill set: planning, organization, prioritization and time management; emotional intelligence and people management; strategic thinking and effective decision-making; forecasting and risk management; delegation and team development● Deep understanding of modern hiring practices and tools● Active search for new solutions and generation of ideas for innovative approaches in recruitment● Experience ensuring a high-quality full-cycle hiring process● Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective partnerships with the business● Ability to respond quickly to changes and find effective solutions based on performance metrics● Analytical abilities and systems thinking● Responsibility, proactivity, presentation skills● English level — Upper-Intermediate+
