How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● 1. Active sales and new customer acquisition:
- searching for and attracting key HoReCa players (chains, premium segment)
- negotiating at the level of DM, signing agreements
- full cycle of customer support, including high-quality onboarding
● 2. Building and developing the client base:
- retention and scaling of existing customers (order expansion, cross/up-sell)
- return of inactive partners through personalised work
● 3. Analytics and product cooperation:
- analysing customer needs, collecting feedback
● 4. Customer support and relationships:
- ensuring a high level of customer service – responding to queries, consulting and helping to solve problems

Challenges for three months:

● successfully adapt to the team and master internal processes● form a list of 50+ qualified leads (including HoReCa brands)● organise 15 meetings with decision makers● sign at least 5 contracts (including with a network/regional player)● effectively use the system of accounting and tracking KPIs in CRM, qualitative filling of customer cards

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (HoReCa, logistics, FMCG or delivery)● successful experience in concluding deals with TOP partners in the industry● experience in complex negotiations with key stakeholders● analytical skills: Excel, CRM, basic visualisation (PPT for partners)● experience in connecting partners in the regions (not only Kyiv) will be an advantage● communication and negotiation skills at a high level● cross-team interaction skills (finance, product, operations)● B1+ English level will be an advantage● systematic thinking, result orientation, independence● proactivity, responsibility, willingness to take initiative● travelling within Ukraine will be an advantage
