How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● elaboration of initiatives: development of requirements for new solutions within the full development cycle● decomposition of backlog tasks and initiatives for the team based on business strategy and quarterly plans● task grooming with the team, preparation of documentation (handover)● formation and elaboration of hypotheses based on data and research● full responsibility for individual features (parts of the application functionality) of Uklon RiderApp● conducting A/B testing and analyzing the results

Challenges for three months:

● building quality communication (interaction with the team/stakeholders)● presentation and defense of tasks (grooming)● planning the workload of the software development team● demonstration of the developed functionality● full development of the initiative within the full software development cycle● formation of 1-2 hypotheses and their validation through A/B tests

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● ability to analyze competitors, market and knowledge of basic frameworks● experience or understanding of acceptance testing● experience with A/B testing● experience with design system● experience with MAU 500k+ application

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience as a business analyst● experience with mobile applications● experience in collecting, identifying, analyzing, managing business requirements● experience in working with stakeholders (problem analysis, requirements coordination)● skills in describing functionality, presenting and defending it to the technical team, forming technical specifications, setting tasks for developers● support of requirements throughout the life cycle (close work with development, testing, design teams)● experience with metrics: forming hypotheses based on product metrics, analyzing results● ability to analyze competitors, market and knowledge of basic frameworks

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
