How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Providing comprehensive legal support to businesses in Ukraine● Interacting with external legal advisers in the scope of the company's operational activities● Preparing and updating the company’s internal documents (regulations, job descriptions, protocols, orders)● Drafting, legal assessment and negotiation of various commercial contracts, additional agreements, specifications, protocols of disagreements, etc.● Providing legal support to the company during inspections by regulatory or law enforcement authorities; preparing responses to requests from government agencies● Analysing the current legislation and advising various departments of the company on organisational, regulatory and other legal issues, including mobilisation, and advising various departments of the company on organisational, regulatory and legal issues● Assisting in maintaining military records● Obtaining and maintaining the status of critically important employees and their reservation

Challenges for three months:

● Timely completion of tasks● Independent preparation of documents● Responsibility for the result● Familiarity with the processes and rules of the legal department and the company● Independent management of the project(s)● Analysis, identification, prevention and minimisation of risks

To achieve the results, you will need:

● Higher legal education● At least 5 years of professional experience as a generalist lawyer/legal advisor/senior lawyer● Experience in national and/or large international companies and/or IT companies will be an advantage● Thorough knowledge of civil, tax, commercial and labour law● Knowledge of basic accounting, corporate finance, taxation and business concepts will be an advantage● English language skills at Upper-Intermediate level● Responsibility, multitasking● Ability to learn quickly, work with large amounts of informatio

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
