How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● description and modelling of current business processes (AS IS) and design of target processes (TO BE)● optimisation and automation of processes based on business value● organisation and coordination of large cross-team initiatives, including resource, risk and priority management● development and implementation of business metrics to assess process performance● managing business process changes● work with documentation (Handbook, User Guide), change management in it● building and presenting dashboards/reports for management with a focus on the value of changes● mentoring and support of BPU team colleagues in implementing new approaches● implementation of AI tools in building and optimising business processes

Challenges for three months:

● adaptation for a full understanding of the key cross-functional processes of BPU● optimisation and implementation of 2-3 processes with a proven business effect● deep dive into Atlassian Products functionality and implementation of dashboards for metrics monitoring

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● certifications in business analysis or process management (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)● experience in using AI tools in process management

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 5+ years of experience in business analysis and business process management● experience in independent management of large cross-functional end-to-end processes: building from scratch, optimisation, transformation● experience in organising and managing large initiatives within processes (communication with stakeholders, creating and maintaining a roadmap, priority management, risk management, regular status tracking)● experience in implementing and automating new business processes and improving existing ones● knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, UML)● experience in working with process performance metrics with a focus on business value (cost optimisation, profit increase, functionality expansion)● deep understanding of the principles of corporate IT systems● knowledge and experience with Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence): setting up workflow, building dynamic dashboards, automation● excellent communication skills, communication and presentation skills● experience in presenting work results and justifying the business value of solutions at the top management level● experience in using Agile and agile development frameworks● knowledge of English – at least B1 (Intermediate) level

How do you manage your working hours?
