How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● describing and modelling current business processes (AS IS) and designing target processes (TO BE)● optimizing and automating processes with consideration of business value● organizing and coordinating large cross-team initiatives, including managing resources, risks and priorities● developing and implementing business metrics to evaluate process efficiency● managing business process changes● working with documentation (Handbook, User Guide), managing changes within it● building and presenting dashboards/reports for management with a focus on the value of changes● mentoring and supporting BPU team colleagues in implementing new approaches

Challenges for three months:

● full onboarding in key cross-functional processes at the company level● optimizing and implementing 2-3 processes with confirmed business impact● in-depth onboarding into the functionality of internal systems (Atlassian Products, HRMS, ERP, etc.)● building and tracking performance metrics within business process work● identifying priority areas for process transformation at the company level and preparing an action plan● auditing process maturity at the company level (SMMI)

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in mentoring a team of business analysts or process analysts● certifications in business analysis or process management (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of experience in business analysis and business process management● experience in independently managing large cross-functional processes: building from scratch, optimizing, transforming● experience in organizing and managing large project-level initiatives (communicating with stakeholders, creating and maintaining roadmaps, managing priorities, managing risks, regular status tracking)● experience in implementing and automating new business processes and improving existing ones● knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, UML)● experience in working with process efficiency metrics with a focus on business value (cost optimization, profit increase, functionality expansion)● deep understanding of corporate IT system principles● knowledge of and experience with Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence): configuring workflows, building dynamic dashboards, automating processes● excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills● experience in presenting work results and justifying the business value of decisions at the top-management level● English language proficiency - from B1 (Intermediate) level
