Join us as a Senior Data Analyst to work with the Driver Activation & Fleets direction.
In this role, you will help gain a deeper understanding of the Uklon driver journey, from registration to the first ride and beyond: analyzing the activation funnel, investigating churn drivers, identifying early churn signals, and delivering data-driven recommendations to increase retention and improve the effectiveness of the loyalty program in Ukraine and expansion markets. This is a role with real impact on the product and key business metrics.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● identifying patterns and explaining events using data● developing reports and dashboards for business users
handling ad hoc requests● validating hypotheses within the department and from business users● drawing conclusions about product performance and its optimization● setting up alerts for threshold metrics● monitoring and performing operational work with reports

Challenges for three months:

● adapting to the team and the wider group● familiarizing yourself with all available data sources● familiarizing yourself with the process of solving typical tasks● developing reports and dashboards from the planned backlog● completing specific tasks according to the plan● proper quality of task execution

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● knowledge of and experience with Python● experience in optimizing and automating repetitive operations

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in developing and monitoring analytical dashboards and reports● experience in execution of end-to-end analytical tasksknowing key conversion and product metrics (retention, acquisition, LTV, etc.)● preparing terms of reference for creating new types of data necessary to complete tasks● a high level of SQL proficiency for data querying (window functions, data grouping)● advanced proficiency in one of the BI tools (Tableau/Looker/QlikView/Power BI)● English language proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) level or higher
