How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing new functionality and maintaining the existing one● analysing the causes and looking for solutions to production incidents● participating in team code reviews● directly influencing team metrics● participating in the discussion and evaluation of future tasks to be performed, their decomposition● being involved in the management of the technical backlog● influencing and participating in technical innovations● being willing to share expertise and, if necessary, mentor teammates

Challenges for three months:

● adaptation in the team● mastering approaches to designing and writing code within the company● development of new functionality in a timely manner● participation in the development of functional/non-functional requirements within initiatives● participation in the evaluation of initiatives with Team Lead

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of commercial experience as an iOS Engineer● experience in writing markup in UIKit from code, SwiftUI● reactive programming (Combine)● experience and willingness to write unit tests● experience of working with code in a team (gitflow, code review), and working with version control systems● experience of working on a product with a large number of active users (collecting analytics, application stability metrics, conducting A/B testing)● confident understanding and use of OOP and SOLID principles

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
