How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● develop new functionality and support existing functionality● analyse the causes and look for solutions to production incidents● participate in team code reviews● directly influence team metrics● participate in the discussion, evaluation, decomposition of current and future business decisions● manage the technical backlog● influence and engage in technical innovations● be willing to share expertise and mentor teammates if necessary

Challenges for three months:

● adaptation in the team● mastering approaches to designing and writing code within the company● development of new functionality in a timely manner● participate in the development of functional/non-functional requirements within initiatives

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in A/B testing

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of commercial experience as an iOS Engineer● experience in writing markup in UIKit from code, SwiftUI● reactive programming (Combine/RxSwift)● experience working on a product with a large number of active users (collecting analytics, application stability metrics)● experience of working with code in a team (gitflow, code review), and working with version control systems● experience writing unit tests● confident understanding and application of OOP and SOLID principles

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
