How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● implementing HR practices in new countries before a local HR specialist is hired (full teammate life cycle: onboarding, performance, development, exit)● supporting the HR Generalist in Uzbekistan in operational and process-related matters● building quality communication with team managers, providing expert support and assisting in decision-making● participating in global HR initiatives and adapting policies to the local context● analysing HR data across different countries and teams (engagement, retention, risks) and preparing insights and presentations for management decisions● mentoring local HR colleagues in countries of our expansion● managing HR communication within the area of responsibility● supporting the full teammate life cycle in Ukrainian teams

Challenges for three months:

● getting to know the teams and teammates in Ukraine and Uzbekistan, conducting 1:1 meetings, recording teammate information● studying the Performance Review processes and policies in Ukraine and Uzbekistan (life cycle, performance, learning, internal transfers, maternity leave, mobilization)● preparing initial insights on the state of the teams in Ukraine (dynamics and growth points from the people partner’s perspective)● getting familiar with the company structure, directorates and departments● studying the mission, values and corporate culture● getting familiar with the HR system and other tools for work● communicating with colleagues who are in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, informing them about changes to the Performance Review process and maintaining contact● controlling and adapting new teammates● adapting the competency framework for Uzbekistan (corporate, managerial, professional)● adapting the “Termination of Cooperation: Decision-Making” process for Uzbekistan● supporting the integration of Uzbekistan’s HR processes into HiBob● assessing current Performance Review initiatives and proposing ideas for improvement or optimization

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 5+ years of experience in HR● experience in working with international teams (will be an advantage)● knowing and understanding HR processes, including the full teammate life cycle in the Company (performance review, maternity leave process, support for mobilized colleagues)● experience in providing HR support for teams of over 150 people● well-developed communication and facilitation skills● practical experience with HR metrics● knowing the basic principles of conducting 1:1 meetings, understanding approaches to identifying employee motivation and engagement● the ability to communicate with various levels of managers and specialists● the ability to work with Confluence, Jira, HiBob● an English proficiency level of Upper-Intermediate or higher
