How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● improving and developing Delivery at Uklon ● providing the end-to-end design process to improve existing flows and build new ones● working within a team of PO, BA, Designers, a User Researcher, and a UX Writer● high-quality presentation and well-reasoned explanation of own solutions to stakeholders, building storytelling through design● improving Design Operations● holding workshops and design sprints● mentoring designers● conducting moderated and unmoderated research

Challenges for three** months:

● adapting to the team and the Company● onboarding and getting familiar with the domain and users● conducting quantitative or qualitative user research studies for current projects depends on needs● designing for 1+ complex and high-impact initiative in the Delivery direction

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience with customer service in the Ukrainian market

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 4 years of experience with mobile apps● a portfolio demonstrating strong UI skills is a must● experience with customer service products● experience with JTBD and identifying user value● a team player with experience in working in cross-functional teams● a data-driven approach and experience in using analytics and research to guide decision-making● systems thinking and design approaches● excellent skills in argumentation, communication, and storytelling● excellent prioritization and self-organization skills● experience in working with complex design systems● experience in improving Design Operations

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
