How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● working on flows for attracting, activating, and retaining new users● working on registration and onboarding● working with expansion markets (participating in product development and scaling to foreign markets)● working with the design system: using and updating components● taking part in creating a design strategy together with the Product Design Lead● using product metrics to generate design solutions● creating prototypes and conducting usability testing● initiating and moderating workshops● conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analysing results and feedback● closely collaborating with product and technical teams

Challenges for three months:

● onboarding into the specifics and processes of the Driver Stream● familiarizing with the specifics of work in expansion markets● working through initiatives for new user activation● defending the design strategy and principles for onboarding and activating new users● establishing effective interaction with the team and stakeholders● independently creating and testing design solutions

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of experience in mobile app design● experience in using or maintaining design systems (tokens, components, guidelines)● experience in working with product metrics● experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research● systemic thinking and structured approaches to design development● strong skills in argumentation, communication, and storytelling● empathy for users and a desire to make their experience convenient● English proficiency at B2 level

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
